The Titan IRN HUD is a helmet made by Atomic, which has a +10% default gun damage buff without augments. However, it has a small movement penalty (-5%), meaning that if a player is stressing speed, there may be other options more suited to their style such as the Dragonfly Helmet, which provides a movement speed buff as opposed to penalty, though it has less of a damage bonus.

Keep in mind that though the stated drop level is to be at 100 for and versions, the IRN HUD, just as with all other gear dropped at level 100 may come much earlier within nantonium, or black strongboxes.

Trivia

On mobile, the badge-like logo of RED Titan IRN HUD will disappear if the helmet was put on human silhouette. If not noticing the red mouthpiece of RED TItan IRN HUD, many players will likely mistake it with the standard version [here]
