According to the description, the Overwatch Helmet is a helmet made by Morlok that was designed to be used by Omicron guards. Just like the other Overwatch armor piece, this helmet costs 40.000 Faction credits and 2.500 Omicron tokens to purchase, plus it specializes in thermal protection like the Ronson "R" Series. But comparing both armor pieces here, the R1 Interceptor Helmet, wins in terms of physical and toxic resistance while the Overwatch armor piece wins in terms of thermal protection. The helmet also offers 11% crit chance but comes with the downside of 8% reload penalty.
