The Overwatch Chest is a Vest made by Morlok. Just like all the other armor pieces, this vest costs 40.000 Faction credits and 2.500 Omicron Tokens to purchase from the armory. Although it falls short from R4 Guardian Vest in terms of physical and toxic resistance, it provides more thermal resistance and buffs such as a 6% movement boost and a 9% decrease in reload speed. However, like the rest of the armor pieces, it's extremely lacking in toxic resistance. But overall, It's great for end-game armor builds for the high thermal-physical protection it provides and buffs it can possibly offer.
