The MG4 is a LMG (Light Machine Gun) in SAS: Zombie Assault 2, its expansion SAS: Zombie Assault 2 Insane Asylum, and SAS: Zombie Assault 3.

It costs $10,000, the most expensive gun in these games. It has a clip of 200, or if the High capacity magazines upgrade is unlocked, 400. Compared to the M60 medium machine gun, it is slightly weaker, but reduces mobility a little less. In SAS 2 it can be found in the Infirmary, and in Insane Asylum it can be found in the Forensic Wing.
SAS: Zombie Assault 3
The MG4 is available to the player at Rank 36. It costs $150,000. The ammunition for this weapon costs $750 for 250 rounds. This gun is a downgraded version of the M240 MAG. It has high mobility for a MG, massive pierce, but half the clip. Buying this weapon is now a matter of whether you want to cough up the cash or not, seeing as the real deal of the M240 is only 2 ranks away and the damage output can be achieved with an ARX160 or the RPD. This gun is surprisingly $100,000 cheaper than the ARX160.
