The T-189 MGL is a mobile exclusive weapon added on the 24th of November 2016. It costs $36.99 NZD. The MGL is a unique rocket launcher since it fires grenades. Because of this, MGL's notable drawback is its range being shorter than other rocket launchers. If the fired grenade doesn't hit any zombies it will act like a standard grenade, but if it does impact a zombie it will explode.

Trivia

• This is the only gun in the game to receive benefits to grenades, from both the Grenade Mastery, and the Grenade Damage passive skill.
• Unsurprisingly, the sprite of the grenade launched by T-198 reused the image of frag grenades.
• The MGL is the first Teknoboom weapon to not include a German word in it's name, however MGL means airport or aviation in German so there is still a German link in the name.
• The T-189 MGL seems to be based off MILKOR MGL. Although MGL stands for Multiple Grenade Launcher, it is abbreviation for English words, not German, so there's a higher chance that its name is simply based on real life counterpart.
  • Unless the prefix T-189 means Teknoboom 189, T-189 MGL is currently the only Teknoboom weapons whose name is not German.
