The Dragonfly Boots are part of the Shotlite Dragonfly set manufactured by Shotlite. Its an improved version of the Shotlite Hummingbird Series' Starwalk Boots, and switches high thermal defense for better chemical defense (but still gives some thermal defense), unlike the Hummingbird series, where there was no chemical defense for its normal armor pieces. These armor pieces also let the user move a lot faster, making them useful for Medics and some Assaults, depending on how you play.
