Sniper Rifles

Weapons classified as Sniper Rifles either by in-game or real-life categorization.

In SAS4, Sniper rifles generally deal enormous damage per shot, with a slower firing rate compared to other weapons of their tier. The Hornet, however, fires as quick as an assault rifle, despite dealing above-average damage, hence making it extremely powerful, while the Jupiter created a new type of mass-area sniping. The cost for maintaining a sniper rifle is comparatively higher than other weapons.
