I also wonder which ways these can be utilized, as it would be great information to add to the wiki. About the wiki saying it outclasses the Proton Arc that was first hand experience from a user, it needs some more concreate evidence.

People get these files by data mining, it’s quite a tedious process to do manually. Sometimes stuff is obfuscated. Mildly unrelated if you see people with those unreleased items in their respective game version that’s done by cheating(usually while it’s running). You shouldn’t try to modify the game. On how to access these files you just need the tools(depends on game engine) and experience and technical knowledge(depends).
